Aerotek Environmental & Engineering is looking for individuals with degrees in Geology or Geological Sciences for two Field Geologist positions located in Cincinnati and one position in Columbus.

Job Duties:

• Plan and implement field investigations
• Oversight of subcontractors and borehole drilling
• Analyzing and interpreting geologic, hydrologic and analytical reports
• Groundwater and soil sampling
• Construction of monitoring wells
• Report writing
• Extensive daytime travel and some overnight travel
• The pay range is from $15 to $20 per hour based on experience and 1.5x for overtime
• *The position is a 6 month contract to hire

Job Requirements:

• 1-5 years of experience in the field with remediation projects
• Must have a current OSHA-40hour Hazwoper certification
• Experience with retail petroleum and USTs is a huge plus
• Must be open to overnight travel
• Must submit to drug, driving and background checks
